I am no expert on this item. It came from the mid-century estate of a German Artist & Photographer.
This appears to be 1950s / early 1960's era Linhof Tripod made in "West" Germany. Linhof pan/tilt head and base. Smooth 360° panning, tilt. Extends to 60"
Adjustable middle rising column with locking mechanism is supported by a superbly designed brace. The legs have sturdy metal snap locks The original rubber feet in good condition with.one imisshaped but sturdy,  adjustable spikes atre beneath rubber.
The head and the base both have leveling bubbles ~ however I do not see any liquid (see photos) .
Some lights scratches and pitting to head and tripod. Please see photos.
