Everything is working great. It handles nicely, it sits nicely, it closes nicely.
Here’s what’s wrong:
The Top level bubble is totally messed up. It fell out. I thought I was smart and super glued it in. It turns out I was stupid and it got stuck in. So I tried to take it out and now the pieces are just stuck in there.
Please look at all the pics before buying! No plate included.
I had no choice to buy a new one. I bought the same exact model because I love this ball head so much.
